Nora Elmi is a Registered Social Worker. She has over a decade of experience working for numerous non-profits organizations, focused on fostering healthy and resilient individuals/families. She is an eloquent public speaker, workshop facilitator and a wellness curator. Nora provides therapy to support folks around trauma, anxiety, depression, low-self-esteem, family relationships/conflict and parenting support. She uses various therapeutic modalities and a pinch of humour, to support you in your wellness journey.

In addition to therapy, Nora facilitates educational workshops/seminars for BIPOC young women. She curates intentional spaces to encourage meaningful connection, growth and empowerment.

She is a daughter, sister, wife and a mom to a busy toddler. She enjoys spending time outdoors in every season with her family. She loves to travel and spends all her free time sipping lattes, reading, cleaning and almost always organizing.

Alisha is a caring, and skilled registered social worker who specializes in family conflict, anxiety, and depression. She practices therapy from a person-centered, strengths-based perspective with a commitment to anti-oppressive and trauma-sensitive practices.

Alisha utilizes a variety of clinical approaches including, but not limited to, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), emotion-focused therapy (EFT), narrative therapy and solution-focused therapy. She has extensive experience serving multicultural communities in the GTA, including African, Black, Caribbean (ACB) youth and families.
